At present, there are 267 direct members, 19 sustaining members (larger national companies) and 6 association members (associations of smaller businesses), which include representatives from the commercial sector, financial institutions, service organizations such as hotels and other key businesses within the district. The AGM is a forum where members have the opportunity to discuss the Chamber’s activities during the past year and its future programs. It is also the meeting at which the Board of Directors for the coming year is elected. The meeting in 2009 will be HDCC’s 16th consecutive AGM.
